Complaint

We take every complaint against our members seriously. Anyone who wishes to make a complaint about a practitioner registered with The Optimum Cure and Care Association must be in writing using The Optimum Cure and Care Association complaints form.

We will investigate the details of each complaint to ensure appropriate action is taken to resolve the matter. We will investigate if the complaint is indicative of a breach of the code or not, in most cases we hope to resolve any disputes quickly by intervening between the member and the client. However in matters of serious breach of the code conduct steps will be taken to investigate and review the individuals concerned and action will be taken.
