  1. The copyright in the material included within Al-Hijama course is owned by The Optimum Cure and Care and protected by the copyright laws of the United Kingdom, international copyright treaties and all other applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
  2. Users are entitled to use any information for your own personal (study) use, but may not republish any such information in any manner without the prior written consent of The Optimum Cure and Care.
  3. Users are not to remove any product identification, copyright notices or legends or other notices or proprietary restrictions from any of the material or information contained in our web pages.
  4. The course version on the students account is a printable one, students are allowed to use and print it out only for the purpose of study BUT it is not allowed to share it with a third party.
  5. Any unauthorized downloading, retransmission, or other copying or modification of any of the contents of this website may be in breach of statutory or common law rights which could be the subject of legal action.
  6. The course is customized to individual candidates, there is no upgrade available.Once enrolment is accepted, it is ineligible to waive or give up your right of enrolment to another student.
  7. The Al-Hijama course is conducted only in English.
  8. The conduction of the Al-Hijama course is based on a combination of Islamic teachings and modern cupping tools, theories and applications
  9. As enrolment in the course is confirmed and students receive their log in details, then the course fee is not-refundable.
  10. Approved candidates must pay all fees for which they are liable by the due date..
  11. The maximum period to complete the course is 9 months.
  12. Candidates have 9 month commenced from the enrolment date to complete the course, after 9 months, the course expires unless they apply for extension or freeze the account.
  13. The practical elements of the course take place in the form of on-site workshops, therefore candidates need to attend workshops and have their practical exam on site.
  14. Candidates who are unable to attend the workshop have to choose the other flexible options provided within the enrolment documents and take the online practical exam.
  15. Candidate must finish the theory and practical elements of the course and fulfil the requirements of this course, in order to complete their course satisfactorily.
  16. Our Al-Hijam course meets the educational standards in line with British government guidelines for the practice of hijama therapy in the UK (GRCCT Regulated).
  17. Our accredited certificate allows our students to practice Hijama in many parts of the world (Please check the requirements and regulations of your local Authority/ Country).
  18. Our training program 's certificate is recognised by the UK’s leading insurance companies which makes our graduates are eligible to obtain professional indemnity insurance cover on completion of the course for a fee paid to them directly
  19. Our accredited certificate allows our students to become members of GRCCT National Register for a fee paid to them directly.
  20. The Optimum Cure and Care is not a licensing body and practitioner treat patients on their own accord and are completely responsible for any consequences.
  21. The Optimum Cure and Care Association (TOCCA) is a governing body regarding the practice of Al-Hijama and all Holistic Islamic medicine.
  22. TOCCA is an Islamic independent body in the field of Islamic Holistic Health Care field that exists for the benefit of practitioners.
  23. On completion of the course, our graduates are eligible to obtain 6 month TOCCA free membership.
  24. Patients and their families must feel they can trust Muslim practitioners of Islamic complementary medicine.
  25. To maintain that trust practitioners have a duty to respect all human life and regard the well-being of the patient as their first priority.
  26. All practitioners must adhere and comply with the TOCCA Code of Ethics which provides a framework within which Muslim practitioners of complementary medicine are expected to work.
  27. All students to follow TOCCA codes and disciplines are adhered to.
  28. All students to follow The Optimum Cure and Care Terms and conditions.
  29. All students to follow The Optimum Cure and Care codes and disciplines are adhered to.
  30. Please review these terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes made by us.
  31. It is strictly forbidden that you advertise or give the impression that you work with The Optimum Cure and Care or under the umbrella of The Optimum Cure and care.
  32. The Optimum Cure and Care logo is registered trademarks in the United Kingdom and other countries, every use of our name and trade mark by third parties is strictly prohibited
  33. It is strictly forbidden to use The Optimum Cure and Care logo or the training centre name as an endorsement, promotion or in any other manner in ads.
  34. The Logo and the centre name are the property of The Optimum Cure and Care and are protected by United Kingdom and international intellectual property laws.
  35. All rights reserved and all violations will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
  36. These Terms of Use will govern any disputes arising before the effective date of the Updated Terms.
